Accessibility guide to the London Transport network

Transport for London have produced a Complete Accessibility Guide to help Londoners plan and make journeys using public transport or assisted travel services. It is particularly helpful for anyone with restricted mobility or finds travelling difficult and needs extra support.

The leaflet includes information on available maps and journey planning tools, sets out the support TFL staff can provide, and provides details on wheelchair spaces, priority seating, assisted travel services such as travel mentoring, Dial-a-Ride, Taxicard, the mobility aid recognition scheme and more.

The leaflet is also available in printed form, easy read, braille, audio CD and BSL video. If you would like any of these formats please email TfLAccessibility@tfl.gov.uk.
