A fun and inclusive workout for women of all ages and fitness levels, taught by a female instructor and delivered in partnership with RBKC Sport & Leisure and the Community Champions programme.
Each weekly class Involves a gentle warm-up, basic boxing techniques and exercise to build stamina, increase strength and improve overall cardiovascular fitness – all from the comfort of your own home!
