Our Women Only Exercise sessions are moving online while the Churchill Gardens Residents Hall is closed.
The sessions will be available to women who have participated at the session or attended any physical activity sessions at The Abbey Centre. New participants will need to fill out an application form, to receive the form please contact Ian using the email below.
Time: Mondays from 11am – 12pm
