Employee assistance programme (EAP) designed for Personal Assistants

Westminster City Council and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are now working with Independent Living Group as part of their Direct Payment offer. Employers are able to use their Direct Payment funds to purchase membership for their PAs to access the ILG PA scheme.

ILG PA is an employee assistance programme (EAP) designed for Personal Assistants. Members are issued with a personalised ID badge and lanyard.

For £20 a year for each PA, the EAP provided includes.

• 24/7 Counselling, Information & Support Line

  Access free legal help, advice, and support from Irwin Mitchell – one of the UK’s largest law firms. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, their expert team can handle all types of enquiries such as consumer and neighbour disputes, property enquiries, personal injury, and employment queries.

• Financial Support
  If money pressures are getting to you, Auriga are expert providers of welfare and debt advice. They have a wide range of services available to you, including one to one casework, tribunal support and representation, access to grant aid and much more.
