Things to do
Going out, having fun and meeting people are a really important part of our lives, but doing these things can be more difficult as we get older or if we have significant health problems. And If we find it hard to go out and do the things we enjoy, it can make us feel lonely, bored or depressed.
But there are plenty of things for you to do in your area that will suit your particular needs. You could pick back up an old hobby or try something completely new!
