Organisation details

Cera was founded with the aim of providing high-quality care for adults in the comfort of their own homes. To achieve this ambition, they take a holistic approach to home care and form close partnerships with clients, staff, their families, and other specialist healthcare providers.

They deliver care at home that is easy to access, trustworthy and reliable. Cera offer daytime, overnight and live-in care and provide a full range of services that can be tailored to suit our clients' needs. Cera highly value transparency and create daily care reports on the services we provide, making them accessible to their clients, their loved ones, and GPs anytime they wish.

As well as high-quality personal care, Cera carers provide companionship, household help, and medication prompting. To help clients to continue enjoying the simple pleasures, Cera carers can assist them with running errands, dog walking, travelling and participating in social activities. To ensure clients receive the healthcare they need, Cera will arrange visits from nurses, GPs, physiotherapists and other healthcare specialists.

Each member of the care team is carefully vetted to give clients complete peace of mind. The members of the care team have been selected not only for their experience and skills but also for their commitment and desire to make a real and positive difference for the people they care for. This thorough screening process ensures the care team is able to offer the expert home care service we stand for.

If for any reason a client is not delighted with their service Cera offer a full refund.
