Are you a Carer...

Are you a Carer who does not qualify for Carer's Allowance?
Did you know that you may still qualify for a benefit, that can top up your National Insurance, that might allow you to be able to claim a full state pension when you retire?
Official statistics show that 95% of carers are missing out on state pension Carer's Credits, which are available to those who care for someone for at least 20 hours a week, if the person they are caring for gets certain benefits or can get certified by a health or social care professional. However, only 5% of carers who are eligible currently claim these credits.
