Happiful Online February Magazine

Happiful Online February Magazine

As we approach Valentine's Day, a lot of thoughts will be focused on our loved ones and relationships with others, especially when there are so many people we miss and can’t be as physically close to as we used to.

Some people might be lucky enough to conjure up family members, friends or partners who fit the description above. But the truth is the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.

Much like a radio, we can find that the messages our body is trying to tell us can seem a little fuzzy and distorted. It could be background noise that we’re not giving our full attention to. But there is real power in tuning in to the right frequency.

And that's Happiful's aim with this issue. From helping you understand your true self with five essential questions, to diving into the gut-brain connection and how our physical and mental selves can impact each other, Happiful want you to spend some time getting to know you. Because when you do, you allow yourself to thrive – and your external relationships too!

Enjoy the new edition!
