Healthwatch Central West London Annual Report

Healthwatch Central West London Annual Report

Published today, the Healthwatch Central West London fifth annual report sets out what people, in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster,  think of current care and how Healthwatch CWL have helped services hear what works, what doesn’t and what local people want from care in the future.

As well as speaking to people who contact them to share their stories, they’ve also visited 5 local services to find out if they’re meeting people’s needs. The report published today outlines this work and what they have done to tell those in charge of local services about the improvements people would like to see.
