H&F Living Independently – a new look for the Hammersmith & Fulham social care webpages

H&F Living Independently – a new look for the Hammersmith & Fulham social care webpages

The new H&F Living Independently web pages are now live.

The new url is https://livingindependently.lbhf.gov.uk

This replaces the old H&F adult social care information on the People First website, which has been the shared adult social care website for H&F, Westminster and RBKC for around 8 years, as H&F leaves People First.

These new webpages form a slimmed down but accurate content base which can be built on with input from council services, service providers and residents.

The adult social care information on the LBHF council website, www.lbhf.gov.uk, links to the new Living Independently web pages.

We encourage all Hammersmith & Fulham residents to visit the new web pages to find up to date H&F adult social care information. https://livingindependently.lbhf.gov.uk

If you have any concerns about the new content or can’t find content you would expect to find on the new pages please email webteam@lbhf.gov.uk

The launch of these new webpages is the first part of a continuing project to improve H&F's adult social care online offering. During the first part of 2021, H&F will be Co-producing with community groups and organisations, health professionals and H&F staff to ensure that we can continue to improve and provide the best online experience for our residents.
