Are you over 65 years old? Do you have issues with memory, attention, or concentration?

When: Every Friday between 8th and 29th September 2017
Where: Hargrove Seminar Room, Level 5, Lift B, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, 369 Fulham Road, SW10 9NH

What does the project involve?
You are invited to take part in a research project which involves either a 4-week mindfulness course OR an "Age Well" course run by Dr. Trudi Edginton (Clinical Psychologist).
