Pride Month 2024

Pride Month 2024 will see people around the world come together to celebrate and honour LGBTQ+ communities around the world

Every year, during the month of June, the LGBTQ+ community celebrates in a number of different ways. Across the globe, various events are held during this special month as a way of recognising the influence LGBTQ+ people have had around the world. 

As well as being a month-long celebration, Pride month is also an opportunity to peacefully protest and raise political awareness of current issues facing the community.  

The month commemorates and celebrates being proud of who you are no matter who you love.
