Resonate Arts Creative Movement Group

Resonate Arts will soon be offering a weekly creative movement group for older people with memory difficulties in Westminster. The sessions will be playful, friendly and accessible with no prior experience of dance or movement necessary. Movement can be chair based if needed. The sessions are very relaxed, and we understand that participation comes in many forms. Refreshments will be provided at the end.

They are really keen for people living locally to the Penfold Community Hub to get involved, if there was anyone or groups that would be interested.

The March sessions will take place on Monday 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th March, 2pm – 3.30pm at Penfold Community Hub, 60 Penfold Street, NW8 8PJ.
