'Wellbeing for All' - New service from Henna!

Henna Asian Women's group has partnered with Westminster Adult Education Services to provide amazing skill-based courses for women in Westminster and neighbouring boroughs. They aim to improve the overall well-being of women by increasing social interaction; improving health; and maintain independence. These services include Yoga, Zumba, Holistic massages, Cake decorating, Jewellery design, Needlecraft and many more.

It is open to volunteers and other organisations beneficiaries.

Membership starts off at £18 for 6 months or £33 for 12 months - FREE for women on benefits.
