Supported Gym - Seymour SC - Weds (SPFC)
These sessions are for anyone who requires a bit of extra support to build confidence in the gym, for example: help with the equipment or just a friendly face to chat to whilst exercising. All sessions are inclusive and accessible for all.
All sessions are £3.25. Spaces are limited therefore please contact info@sportforconfidence.com to book your place or for further information.
Sport for Confidence is as organisation which supports people who are facing barriers accessing leisure facilities and participating in sporting activities.
Sport for Confidence are based in three leisure centres across the Borough of Westminster (Moberly Sports Centre, Seymour Leisure Centre and Queen Mother Sports Centre).
