The Advocacy Project
The Advocacy Project provides free, independent and confidential Advocacy and User Involvement services in local communities within London. They work with people with learning disabilities, people using or wishing to use mental health services and older people.
The Different Voices Group (a previous mental health user involvement group project) developed a guide of services to aid the transition from hospital into the community. Click here to access the booklet.
