Outlook Care

Outlook Care provides support and care to people with a learning disability, those with mental health needs and older people that is delivered in a person centred manner

Maximising independence and enabling people to have choice and control over their lives is central to their work. Their staff are trained in values and person centred approaches enabling our vision to become a reality for people who use their services.

The organisation delivers services in eight local authority areas across north and east London and Essex.

The services they deliver include:

  • Community based Individual Support Services – supporting people in their own homes
  • Supported living – supporting people living in specially designed buildings
  • Residential care
  • Nursing care
  • Supporting people to recruit and employ their own personal assistants
