Insight KC and Insight Westminster are here to help if you are aged between 12 and 25 and need support to improve your health and wellbeing or want to reduce or stop using drugs, drinking or smoking.

The service is free, friendly and confidential and is there for you, your family or your friends.

They can help with:

• support to improve your health and wellbeing
• support to stop or reduce smoking, alcohol or drugs
• advice on benefits, housings and finances
• family support

They also provide training and guidance to schools, colleges and other professionals.

Phone or just drop in. You’ll get a friendly welcome and when you come for the first time, you’ll be paired up with a key worker who will support you on any issues so you can move forward with your life in a positive way.

If you have a question about anything to do with your health, drugs, alcohol or smoking you can ask on the online chat 3-6pm, Monday – Friday. It’s completely confidential, you won’t even be asked your name.

The service is available to young people living or attending schools within the boroughs of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council and is run by the Humankind charity
