CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)
CALM is a helpline for men who are down or have hit a wall for any reason, who need to talk or find information and support. They are open from 5pm – midnight, 365 days a year.
They seek to prevent male suicide by:-
- Offering support to men in the UK, of any age, who are down or in crisis via the helpline below and via webchat on their website.
- Pushing for changes in policy and practice so that suicide is better prevented.
