DD Payroll supports recipients of direct payments and individual budgets; for those employing carers or personal assistants to support independent living.   They help clients deal with being an employer, so you can concentrate on achieving the quality of life you are hoping for, whilst they handle the Payroll. 

They donate any profits made to Disability Direct, a charity that supports disabled people to live independently.
